As an Investigation Associate, your primary focus will be detecting and preventing online transaction risks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Risk Evaluation: Reviewing and analyzing complex customer accounts and transactions to identify potentially fraudulent or high-risk activities.
• Independent Decision Making: Evaluating data patterns and making fast, highly accurate, and independent decisions to authenticate customer profiles with minimal supervision.
• Effective Communication: Engaging in frequent written and verbal communication with internal risk analysts, managers, engineers, and occasionally contacting customers via phone to resolve transaction issues.
• Quality & Productivity: Meeting daily metrics and quality assurance standards to maintain an optimal trust and safety framework for the platform.
