Key Responsibilities
As a Catalog Associate, you will participate in auditing, validating, and correcting retail catalog data to optimize customer experiences globally. Your core responsibilities include:
Data Auditing & Validation: Following pre-defined processes, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to audit retail catalog data with high accuracy.
Logical Decision Making: Reviewing governing sources and analyzing product information to make logical approve/reject decisions, even when metadata is ambiguous.
Quality Control: Thoroughly checking e-commerce product listings to ensure complete data quality, proper categorization, and compliance with global quality guidelines.
Trend Analysis: Spotting data patterns during audits and translating them into actionable feedback to update existing guidelines and streamline internal workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with core project teams to write, test, and implement new SOPs for data management tasks.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
