As a Digital Content Associate for Audible, you will act as the final line of defense for audio content quality:
Audio Content Auditing: Listen extensively to digital audiobooks using headsets to identify structural, audio, or metadata issues.
SOP Adherence: Utilize proprietary internal software and tools to manually fix identified audio glitches and content variances by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
Systematic Escalation: Track, document, and route unresolved technical bugs or data errors to corresponding technical owners or publisher relations teams.
Metric Driven Outcomes: Consistently meet predetermined daily productivity metrics, Average Handle Time (AHT) targets, and rigorous quality SLAs.
Judgment-Based Decisions: Make critical quality assessments based on contextual observations where standard automated filters fall short.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills
