Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Process Assistant in Amazon Fulfillment Operations, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Shift & Team Management: Daily administrative management of associates and efficient job allocation across workstations.
- Productivity & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and monitor associates regarding productivity, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Audits & Operations: Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for designated workstations.
- Queue & Count Monitoring: Track inventory counts and resolve problem-solve queues to ensure on-time customer order delivery.
- Stand-in Leadership: Function as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.
- Training Plans: Prepare and implement development plans for shift associates.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: High School (10th/12th) or equivalent diploma/degree.
- Computer Skills: 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts/schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays as per business requirements.
- Work Hours: Standard 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring or warehouse/fulfillment operations is a plus.
