Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Transportation Network Oversight: Monitor shipment tracking, carrier movements, and logistics fulfillment between Amazon hubs, sort centers, and fulfillment centers (FCs).
- Real-Time Issue Resolution: Step in during logistics exceptions, manage real-time problem-solving, and keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with external partners (Carriers, Vendors, Suppliers) and internal fulfillment teams.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Extract data using MS Excel to conduct ad-hoc reporting, identify network exception trends, and propose process automation.
- Incident Escalation: Systematically escalate data variances and operational bottlenecks to relevant owners to ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Qualifications
