Amazon is looking for talented and customer-focused individuals for its WFH Voice Process Support Team. You will handle customer calls, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

📝 Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate solutions
- Assist customers with queries related to orders, payments, deliveries, and account issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow Amazon’s communication guide and process standards
- Work flexible shifts including night shifts
- Manage customer data and update records accurately
- Support customers with empathy and problem-solving skills
