As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping international students find the right accommodation:
- 🏡 Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- 💬 Customer Interaction: Understand unique student needs and provide tailored housing recommendations.
- 🌍 Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of accommodation options, pricing, and neighborhoods.
- 📞 Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients for smooth closures.
- 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to streamline processes.
- 📊 Data Management: Log inquiries, bookings, and communications in the CRM.
- 🎯 Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales goals and performance benchmarks.
🔑 Skills & Qualifications
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Strong active listening and negotiation abilities
✅ Prior experience in telesales, business development, or customer service is a plus
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools or similar software
✅ Graduate with 60%+ in academics
Preferred industries: Real Estate, Hospitality, Customer Success, or Business Development
