As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in helping students find their ideal accommodation. This role involves interacting with students, understanding their needs, managing leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
✅ Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert them into confirmed customers.
✅ Customer Interaction: Provide personalized housing recommendations based on student requirements.
✅ Market Expertise: Build deep knowledge of student housing, pricing, and locations.
✅ Follow-Up: Maintain strong client relationships with consistent and timely follow-ups.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply teams to improve customer experience.
✅ Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads, inquiries, and bookings.
✅ Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed conversion and performance targets.
🎓 Graduate with at least 60% in academics
💬 Excellent verbal and written English communication (neutral accent)
🕹️ Proficiency in CRM tools
🎯 Strong negotiation, objection handling, and time management skills
💡 Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate preferred
