As an Associate – Chat Support, you will handle first-line customer queries through written communication channels. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic solutions while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with internal tools, knowledge bases, and processes to resolve issues efficiently and ensure the best possible customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve first-line customer queries via chat and written channels
  • Deliver consistent service aligned with Tesco’s quality and performance metrics
  • Maintain strong NPS and customer satisfaction scores
  • Close all tickets within agreed timelines
  • Document and update interactions accurately
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and managers
  • Participate in performance discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Continuously update knowledge of processes and share learnings
  • Work in roster-based shifts as per business requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
