Experience
- 0 – 8 years of customer service experience preferred

- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate – Customer Services NA, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for customers via email, chat, phone, and fax
- Handle queries related to orders, shipments, returns, and products
- Enter and manage customer orders through multiple channels
- Communicate shipment delays or missing information to customers
- Modify, cancel, or correct orders and backorders
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to meet commitments
- Generate reports from order databases as required
- Handle escalations and irate customers professionally
- Collect customer feedback and report service issues
- Perform shipment tracking and initiate shipment tracers
