Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service, improve customer retention, and drive product sales and new client acquisition in the home loan and loan-against-property segment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and generate leads through local activities such as canopy campaigns, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and field visits
- Handle and service leads received from sales teams, cross-selling channels, and other sources
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and product sales
- Achieve individual performance targets related to income generation, product sales, and new client acquisition
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from login to disbursement, including documentation, counselling, and customer handholding
- Coordinate with collections teams to support EMI recovery and prevent customer defaults
- Develop strong relationships with local builders, business communities, and channel partners
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate:
BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or equivalent
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Banking or NBFCs
- Freshers with strong sales and communication skills may also be considered
