Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller for AstroLokal, your main goal is to engage and onboard astrologers onto the platform:
Make outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce AstroLokal.
Clearly explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and registration procedures.
Guide interested astrologers through profile creation, verification, and onboarding.
Follow up with leads from sourcing and marketing campaigns to meet onboarding targets.
Maintain call records and onboarding pipeline details in CRM systems.
Address basic queries and ensure a smooth activation process for new astrologer partners.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written fluency in Tamil and English (Read, Write & Speak).
Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Partner Onboarding.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and standard computer operations.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in partner acquisition, creator onboarding, or astrology/consultation platforms is a plus.
