Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller for AstroLokal, your main goal is to engage and onboard astrologers onto the platform:
- Make outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce AstroLokal.
- Clearly explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and registration procedures.
- Guide interested astrologers through profile creation, verification, and onboarding.
- Follow up with leads from sourcing and marketing campaigns to meet onboarding targets.
- Maintain call records and onboarding pipeline details in CRM systems.
- Address basic queries and ensure a smooth activation process for new astrologer partners.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written fluency in Tamil and English (Read, Write & Speak).
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Partner Onboarding.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and standard computer operations.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in partner acquisition, creator onboarding, or astrology/consultation platforms is a plus.
