Hexaware Technologies is hiring fresh graduates for the Banking Non-Voice Process (Back Office) role.
This is a great opportunity for Commerce graduates (B.Com, M.Com, MBA) to start their career in the financial and banking operations domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform backend processes related to banking and finance.
- Maintain and update financial data with accuracy.
- Use Microsoft Excel efficiently for day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure process quality and accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Commerce background only)
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Strong in MS Excel
- Knowledge of basic banking/financial concepts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Note: No arrears should be pending
