🎯 Role Overview: Business Development Officer (Sales)
As a BDO, you will be the face of Bisleri in the community, focusing on the “Direct-to-Home” segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Society Prospecting: Identify and approach large residential complexes and meet with management committees.
Activation Campaigns: Organize canopy setups, sampling activities, and awareness campaigns to promote 20L jar subscriptions.
Customer Acquisition: Drive household penetration and convert leads into active, long-term customers.
Coordination: Work with the distribution team to ensure smooth first-order fulfillment and account stabilization.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
Education: Any Graduate degree.
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Field Sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are highly encouraged!).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.
