Key Responsibilities:
- Society Prospecting: Identify and approach large residential complexes and meet with management committees.
- Activation Campaigns: Organize canopy setups, sampling activities, and awareness campaigns to promote 20L jar subscriptions.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive household penetration and convert leads into active, long-term customers.
- Coordination: Work with the distribution team to ensure smooth first-order fulfillment and account stabilization.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Field Sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are highly encouraged!).
