2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) serves as the primary on-ground operational representative for Blue Dart across assigned Bengaluru routes:

• Field Pickup & Delivery Operations: Execute timely pickups and deliveries within assigned route territories, ensuring strict adherence to committed service timelines.
• COD & Document Management: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, perform real-time cash reconciliation, and obtain valid Proof of Delivery (POD) / customer signatures.
• Handheld Scanner Compliance: Accurately scan all incoming and outgoing shipments using handheld digital devices to update real-time tracking systems.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the professional face of Blue Dart, resolving initial delivery queries and maintaining proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Vehicle Safety & Compliance: Maintain vehicle roadworthiness, carry all statutory documentation, and adhere strictly to road safety guidelines and company SOPs.

3. Eligibility Criteria & Technical Skills

Minimum Qualification & Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years of age.
• Mandatory Requirements: Valid Driving Licence (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and ownership of a personal two-wheeler (as per company policy).
• Work Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak business periods.

Functional & Behavioral Competencies:

• Technical: Scanner/Mobile app operation, basic computer literacy, route navigation familiarity, and cash handling skills.
• Language: Ability to read and understand basic English along with local language fluency.
• Behavioral: High customer focus, time management, physical fitness for field operations, and safety consciousness.
