Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of the Blue Dart Operations team, you will be responsible for the heartbeat of the logistics chain:
- Shipment Tally Process: Ensuring all incoming and outgoing packages are accurately recorded and tallied.
- Courier & Cargo Handling: Managing the flow of e-commerce shipments within the Yelahanka hub.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintaining the speed and reliability that Blue Dart is famous for.
- Shift Operations: Working flexibly across different shifts to meet delivery deadlines.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Class Pass (Must have original mark sheet).
- Language: Ability to read and speak in English is mandatory for shipment processing.
- Documents: Must have a valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per hub requirements.
