💼 Job Role & Requirements

This is a 100% Work from Office (WFO) role in Bangalore. Candidates must be comfortable with Night Shifts and Rotational Week Offs.

Key Requirements:

Must Have: International Voice Support experience (preferred) and excellent English communication (Speak, Read, Write).
Skills: Strong empathy, soft skills, and the ability to handle international customers professionally.
Tech Savvy: Ability to adapt to new tools and basic technical workflows.
