Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations:
Route Loading: Organize shipments according to the delivery route with accurate tallying.
Customer Delivery: Ensure every shipment reaches the correct recipient on time.
Payment Processing: Manage various payment methods including POD, FOD, DOD, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Status Reporting: Use proper status codes for any undelivered shipments and hand them over to supervisors daily.
Service Quality: Meet Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and achieve Service Quality (SQ) targets.
Professionalism: Maintain proper dress code and a customer-centric approach during interactions.
Pickup Operations:
SOP Compliance: Execute pickups strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Timely Service: Ensure pickups at customer locations meet specific cut-off timings for network connections.
Documentation: Verify Airwaybill execution and ensure all regulatory paperwork is collected.
Quality Check: Inspect the condition of packages at the time of pickup to prevent damage claims.
Shipment Tally: Verify shipment counts against invoices at the customer site.
Requirements
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Standard requirements for Blue Dart Operations).
Skills: Basic knowledge of Coimbatore geography, ability to handle mobile delivery apps, and good customer handling skills.
Availability: Willingness to work full-time in a high-speed logistics environment.
Mandatory: Valid driving license (for van operations) is typically required for this role.
