✔ Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls
✔ Provide support in a domestic voice process environment
✔ Maintain customer satisfaction with clear and courteous communication
✔ Follow process guidelines and service levels
✔ Work effectively within team targets and schedules

📚 Education & Experience

✔ Any graduate eligible
✔ Freshers with good grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction
✔ Experience in outbound or inbound calling is a plus
✔ Strong communication skills in English and one regional language
✔ Ready to work rotational shifts (5 days a week with 2 rotational offs)
