Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee within the Talent & Culture (T&C) division, you will manage backend processes to keep the global workforce ecosystem running seamlessly:
Talent Engagement Support: Maintain dashboards and participation trackers for affinity groups, employee surveys, and intern programs while supporting engagement tools like Benevity and Espresa.
People Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational workflow coordination for core employee transactions and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analytics & AI Enablement: Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to simplify processes, handle data mapping, and build executive trackers to eliminate manual work.
Operational Excellence: Handle sensitive organizational and personal data with strict confidentiality, discretion, and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Must-Have Prerequisites:
Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
