2️⃣ Medical Billing – Day Shift (Non-Voice)
🕒 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎓 Education: Graduates only (BA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA)

- Strong English communication skills mandatory

📝 Roles & Responsibilities
AR Executive (Voice)
- Call US insurance payers regarding claim issues
- Resolve denials and non-denials
- Maintain SOPs, issue logs & trend logs
- Participate in RCM training
- Identify payer-level issues
Medical Billing (Non-Voice)
- Review claim documents
- Update billing records accurately
- Maintain process logs & trackers
- Support end-to-end RCM operations
