Role Overview: Process Associate
As a Process Associate, you will be a vital part of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. Your primary focus will be delivering world-class customer service through various channels, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of HCLTech’s global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via email and chat.
- Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data across multiple enterprise databases.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues, providing actionable solutions or escalating complex cases to senior teams.

Educational Qualifications:
- Target Group: Graduates from Arts & Science backgrounds.
- Batches: * 2024 & 2025 Pass-outs: (Freshers)
- 2026 Batch: Candidates pursuing MBA, MA, or MSc who can join within 10 days.
- Strict Note: Candidates with B.Tech, IT, MCA, or BE degrees are not eligible for this specific role.
