As a Process Associate, you will be a vital part of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. Your primary focus will be delivering world-class customer service through various channels, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of HCLTech’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via email and chat.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data across multiple enterprise databases.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues, providing actionable solutions or escalating complex cases to senior teams.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Batches: * 2024 & 2025 Pass-outs: (Freshers)
