Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Student Support Executive, you will act as the foundational point of contact for aspiring students and their families, guiding them toward successful career tracks:
Academic Counseling: Connect with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls to counsel them on various hotel management courses, curriculum benefits, eligibility parameters, and global career pathways.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Handle database calling, cold calling, and persistent daily follow-ups to turn raw inquiries into qualified leads.
Admission Operations: Manage the end-to-end enrollment cycle, explain structural fee breakdowns, verify foundational documents, and ensure a seamless application experience.
CRM Data Hygiene: Maintain rigorous daily call records, update interaction notes within the corporate CRM platform, and submit performance reports to management.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call quotas and monthly admission targets set by the central business development team.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
To clear the walk-in screening processes smoothly, candidates should align with the following baseline filters:
Language Fluency: Absolute proficiency and fluency in Tamil is highly preferred. Candidates fluent in Kannada or Malayalam are also strongly encouraged to apply.
