Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Provide comprehensive customer support to parents and teachers globally through Live Chat, Email, and Voice Calls.
Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform or connectivity issues faced by users during live, interactive online classes.
Operations & Scheduling: Efficiently manage, schedule, and reschedule student-teacher class slots using internal software.
Escalation Management: Take end-to-end ownership of customer complaints, log escalation tickets, and follow up until a resolution is reached.
Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with parents to ensure student engagement, high satisfaction scores, and optimal retention rates.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent, professional corporate tone).
Location: Must be residing in or ready to commute daily to HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Aptitude: A customer-first, empathetic attitude with quick problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup ecosystem.
