🧠 Role 1: Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Perform database queries and CRUD operations
- Write stored procedures based on Low-Level Design
- Prepare and execute manual and automated test cases
- Analyze service tickets, identify root causes, and resolve issues
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Required Skills

- Time management and teamwork
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2024 or 2025 graduates
- 3-year UG degree: BCA, BSc (CS/IT/allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics
- Minimum 60% throughout academics (X, XII, UG)
- No arrears at the time of joining
- BE/BTech not applicable for this stream
🧠 Role 2: Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer computing environments
- Handle incident management and production support
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging & Cloud systems
- Follow SOPs, security policies, and compliance guidelines
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
🔹 Role Expectations
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
- Open to relocation anywhere in India
- Strong customer focus and global communication skills
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2024 or 2025 graduates
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.)
- Minimum 50% in academics
- No standing arrears

🧠 Role 3: Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Log and track incidents using ticketing tools
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
🔹 Role Expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to work in shifts and from office
- Client-focused mindset
