Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial, transaction-processing, and operational tasks accurately within defined turn-around times (TAT).
- Maintain financial data records, generate process performance trackers, and prepare periodic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance guidelines, quality metrics, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal process leads and global stakeholders to streamline business operations.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degrees in Commerce/Finance stream (B.Com, BBA, BBM, M.Com, MBA Finance).
- Experience: Open strictly to freshers with zero prior corporate work experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic conceptual knowledge of accounting principles, finance fundamentals, banking operations, or general business processes.
- Communication & Flexibility: Strong written and spoken English communication skills with willingness to work in US night shifts from the Chennai office.
