Job Overview

Position: Process Associate / Senior Process Associate
Role: Non-Technical Support – Data Processing
Experience: Freshers to 1+ year
Location: Office-based
Shift: Night shift
Workdays: 6 days a week
Industry: Mortgage and Foreclosure Support (U.S. clients)

Job Summary

As a PE–Default Servicing Specialist, you will work extensively on MS Excel to process data related to foreclosure support activities. You will review mortgage-related documents, ensure data accuracy and follow standard operating procedures. The job requires strong analytical ability, discipline and a willingness to learn.

Your work directly impacts the accuracy, timeliness and quality of mortgage loan servicing for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Foreclosure Support Activities
Process foreclosure-related data accurately as per defined procedures while maintaining productivity and quality benchmarks.

2. Document Review
Identify and understand key mortgage documents such as:
Deed of Trust, Note, Demand Letter, Title Policy, Assignment of Mortgage, and others.

3. Quality Compliance
Ensure all assigned tasks meet quality standards. Identify red flags in customer documents and client systems.

4. Productivity Management
Meet agreed productivity targets during and after the training period. Productivity metrics may be revised based on tenure.

5. Feedback and Improvement
Be open to feedback, participate in process development and continually improve efficiency.

6. Additional Duties
Perform other tasks as required by the team leader or project needs.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of the mortgage industry
  • Ability to recognize key mortgage documents
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills

  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies or red flags
  • Ready to work in night shifts
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week

Qualifications

Process Associate (Fresher)

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0 to 1 year experience in BPO, Transaction Processing or Data Processing

Senior Process Associate (Experienced)

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Foreclosure Support, Pre-Foreclosure, Bids or similar processes

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification
