Job Role: PE – Product Info & MDM

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Info & MDM Associate, you will be responsible for:

✅ Item Attribute Extraction

• Extract and update product attributes accurately.
• Ensure completeness and consistency of product information.

✅ Content Enrichment

• Enrich product content as per client and industry standards.
• Deliver high-quality, detailed, and customer-ready data.

✅ Process Execution & Sign-off

• Follow SOPs (Statement of Process) step-by-step.
• Perform final QC before client delivery.
• Maintain high accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

✅ Quality & RCA/CAPA

• Work on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Ensure continuous improvement of assigned processes.

✅ Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify gaps and help improve workflows.
• Support automation-driven enhancements.

✅ Confidentiality & Deadline Management

• Handle sensitive data with high confidentiality.
• Work under strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.

⚙️ Shift Flexibility

• Must be flexible to work in any shift based on business needs.
