🛠 Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware & software issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of systems and networks.
  • Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks on IT assets.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
  • Train users on IT systems and best practices.
  • Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good understanding of Service Desk operations.
  • Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong grasp of IT system installation and network setup.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

📜 Certifications (Preferred):

  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
