Job Summary
As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be a key player in testing automation agents and workflows. You will support quality for both AI and non-AI agents, guide clients through test sessions, and provide Level 1 support. Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing: Execute end-to-end testing of automation agents and complex workflows.
Test Case Design: Review functional requirements and create structured, clear test cases.
Customer Interaction: Lead test sessions with customers and assist them during validation phases.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs with precise reproduction details.
Support: Provide Level 1 support and escalate technical issues appropriately.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit
Must-Haves:
Communication: Exceptional English (C1+) verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Prior experience as a Manual QA professional within an Agile environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect management.
Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail and ability to take ownership of deliverables.
