Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (Advisor I) handles customer interactions by providing support, resolving routine issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and online queries.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions using available tools.
  • Build rapport with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner following process guidelines.

Service Delivery

  • Meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of the client’s products and services.

  • Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Support and Documentation

  • Track and record information in the call tracking system.

Content Moderator Role (If Applicable)

Candidates selected for a content moderation profile should be aware of the following:

  1. The role may involve reviewing explicit content including text, images and videos.
