Cordite Factory Aruvankadu (CFA), under Munitions India Limited, has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices for the 2025-26 period.
This one-year practical training program is an excellent way to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial application within a high-security defense manufacturing environment.

A total of 40 seats are available, split equally between Graduates and Diploma holders.

Eligibility & Stipend
- Education: * Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a State Council or Board of Technical Education.
- Batch Eligibility: Candidates who passed out within the last 05 years are eligible. Those with one year or more of previous experience/training are not eligible.
- Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month.
- Technician Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month.
- Duration: Exactly one year.
Selection Process
The selection is strictly based on Merit. A list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Final Year Examination (CGPA/Percentage) of your Degree or Diploma, followed by a Medical Examination.
