Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduation (Backlogs allowed) or Diploma
- Excellent English communication skills
- 0–2 years experience in AR Calling or International Voice Process
- Ability to work in night shift
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze patient accounts and determine the required action
- Perform follow-ups with US insurance companies regarding outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Prioritize pending claims and take necessary action
- Verify the accuracy of insurance information provided by patients
- Escalate complex cases to management promptly
- Maintain clear communication and professional documentation
