0–2 years experience in AR Calling or International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

Analyze patient accounts and determine the required action
Perform follow-ups with US insurance companies regarding outstanding Accounts Receivable
Prioritize pending claims and take necessary action
Verify the accuracy of insurance information provided by patients
Escalate complex cases to management promptly
Maintain clear communication and professional documentation
