As a Healthcare Claims Examiner (Back Office / Email Process), the candidate will be responsible for reviewing healthcare claims, analyzing documents, and making payment or denial decisions based on client specifications while meeting turnaround time (TAT) and quality SLAs.

• Analyze multiple documents and contracts related to healthcare claims
• Decide claim approval or denial as per client guidelines
• Route claims to appropriate departments for missing or additional information
• Ensure claims are completed within defined TAT and quality standards
• Maintain productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
• Demonstrate strong process knowledge
