As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of the brand—interacting with customers, resolving queries, and promoting services. This is a fantastic role for freshers or individuals looking to kickstart a career in the BPO or telecommunication sector.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
- Languages Required: Fluent in English and Hindi
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior customer service or sales experience is a plus)

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide correct information about TATA Communications’ products/services.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and offer effective solutions.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
