TP (Teleperformance), a leading global customer experience management company, is hiring Customer Support Specialists – Email Support for its Hebbal, Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates with prior email support (non-voice) experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Email Support (experience documents are mandatory)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to clear Write X – B1 level English assessment
- Candidates must reside within 15 km of Hebbal
Salary Details
- CTC: ₹25,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: Approximately ₹20,000 per month
Shift Details
Female Candidates
- Day rotational shifts (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- ❌ No cab facility provided
Male Candidates
- Rotational shifts (maximum logout time: 1:00 AM)
- 🛵 Two-wheeler mandatory
- ❌ No cab facility provided
Hiring Criteria & Assessment
- Mandatory Write X assessment
- English proficiency level: B1 (Mandatory)
- Candidates must clear the assessment to proceed further in the hiring process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email support (non-voice)
- Provide accurate and professional responses to customer concerns
- Maintain quality standards and achieve defined KPIs
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
