💼 Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Documentation: Enter shipment details, Airway Bill (AWB) numbers, consignment details, and customer information into internal logistics software.
- Shipment Tracking: Update shipment booking, dispatch, transit status, and delivery confirmations in real-time.
- Verification & Audit: Verify shipment records against commercial invoices, shipping labels, and supporting operational documentation.
- MIS & Report Generation: Generate shipping labels, manifests, daily Excel trackers, and operational MIS reports.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics hubs, dispatch, and delivery teams to rectify data discrepancies or missing information.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in compliance with DHL’s operational standards, quality metrics, and data confidentiality guidelines.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: HSC (10+2 / 12th Standard Pass) OR Graduation in any stream (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BCA, etc.).
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers are eligible to apply; experience in logistics, courier, warehousing, or supply chain is a plus).
2. Core Competencies & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer software.
- Good typing speed with high data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of courier, AWB, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.
