Team Bliss (Chat-First / Fast & Crisp): Ideal if you excel at written communication and WhatsApp-first advisory.
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Tamil (Written and Verbal).
Communication: Clear, empathetic communication with the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts.
Experience:0 Years / Freshers Welcome (No prior insurance experience required).
Details & Focus: Attention to detail, basic tech/CRM tool comfort, and a strong customer-first mindset.
