• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate Winding machines, Spot welding machines, Molding machines, and Automatic Testing Equipment in both the coil and assembly shops.
• Product Assembly: Perform standard product assembly according to daily production schedules and directions.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations.
• Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement programs, including Kaizen events.
• Shop Floor Flexibility: Rotate across tasks and responsibilities within the manufacturing assembly environment as needed.
