As a Temporary Operator, your daily duties will include:

• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Working in Assembly Shop & Coil Shop as per schedule
• Performing product assembly and basic machine operations
• Operating:
  • Winding Machine
  • Spot Welding Machine
  • Molding Machine
  • Automatic Testing Equipment
• Following quality standards strictly
• Participating in Kaizen & continuous improvement activities
• Rotating responsibilities based on operational needs

🎯 Required Skills

Candidates should have:

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Basic experience in assembly & testing equipment operation
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Good productivity and goal alignment
