Key Responsibilities

As a part of the US Customer Experience Centre, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Shareholder Support: Answering inbound calls and emails from US shareholders to assist them with generic queries.
  • Transaction Assistance: Helping shareholders navigate the process of buying and selling shares within set service standards.
  • Process Compliance: Executing all tasks in accordance with Equiniti’s stringent regulatory, statutory, and security protocols (including data protection and Anti-Money Laundering principles).
  • Schedule Adherence: Working strictly according to the US business holiday calendar and following structured break schedules to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Communication Skills: Elite verbal and written English communication skills paired with strong active listening capabilities.
  • Shift Flexibility: Total willingness and comfort working regular US shifts.
  • Background: Proven prior experience in a professional customer support or international BPO environment.
  • Technical & Soft Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, strong multi-tasking abilities, and natural adaptability to diverse customer personality types.
