About the Role

This is a UK Voice Process position on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on individual performance and business requirements.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will assist shareholders with queries related to buying and selling shares, ensuring adherence to service standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from shareholders professionally
  • Assist customers with share buy/sell transactions
  • Resolve customer queries within defined service level standards
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
  • Ensure compliance with Equiniti policies, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain high standards of data security and information confidentiality
  • Contribute to team workload and process improvement
  • Adhere strictly to UK business holiday calendar and SLA guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • 1–6 years of experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in UK shift timings
