Role & Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the bank’s vehicle finance business through direct on-ground efforts.
- Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of customers requiring finance for Used Commercial Vehicles or Cars through direct sourcing, dealers, and market references.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with customers and dealers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation: Follow the “First Time Right” principle by ensuring all loan application documents are complete and accurate from the start.
- Cross-Selling: Actively identify opportunities to sell other bank products like Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, and FASTag.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
