Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Agent, you will handle daily operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth logistics and delivery pipelines. Your core tasks will include:

  • Operational Support: Assisting with Air Network Support, dispatching, manifesting, road network tracking, and domestic air linehaul operations.
  • Process Execution: Completing defined facility operations procedures within strict deadlines while ensuring full compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitoring daily tasks, identifying data or operational anomalies, and using structured rules to resolve minor roadblocks. (Complex issues will be escalated to senior team members).
  • Customer Service & Tracking: Managing sort support, trace management, location-based customer service, and standard operational reporting.

Skills & Qualifications Required

FedEx is looking for organized, proactive team members who possess the following competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic PC operations.
