Job Role: System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining data-driven healthcare systems to support operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and organize healthcare data for operational analysis.
- Analyze data to support healthcare management and decision-making.
- Support administrative and business goals using healthcare data.
- Investigate data trends, patterns, and operational metrics.
- Prepare requirement documents and perform system setup and testing.
- Manage change implementation and ensure risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and enhance performance.
- Utilize EDI (ANSI/X12) and XML for data exchange.
- Work with RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) for data storage and retrieval.
- Document processes, solutions, and methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in a relevant field (Healthcare domain experience preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL / Oracle / XML / EDI standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
