Job Role: System Analyst

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

As a System Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining data-driven healthcare systems to support operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and organize healthcare data for operational analysis.
Analyze data to support healthcare management and decision-making.
Support administrative and business goals using healthcare data.
Investigate data trends, patterns, and operational metrics.
Prepare requirement documents and perform system setup and testing.
Manage change implementation and ensure risk mitigation.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and enhance performance.
Utilize EDI (ANSI/X12) and XML for data exchange.
Work with RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) for data storage and retrieval.
Document processes, solutions, and methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in a relevant field (Healthcare domain experience preferred).
Proficiency in SQL / Oracle / XML / EDI standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with a result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
