What is an AR Caller?
In this role, you will be part of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will coordinate with US-based insurance companies to resolve pending claims and ensure healthcare providers are paid correctly. It’s a great mix of communication and financial analysis.

Firstsource has specific eligibility rules for this drive:
- Education: Any Arts & Science UG Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.A, etc.) from 2020 to 2025 batches.
- Must Have: No standing backlogs/arrears.
- Not Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / MBA / Post Graduates are NOT eligible for this specific role.
- Shifts: Must be flexible to work in Night Shifts (US Timezone).
