🛠 Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer – ECM, your typical day will include:
🔹 Engineering Change Management
- Create and manage ECO (Engineering Change Orders) using Agile (PLM)
- Review, route, track, release, and distribute ECOs
- Study ECOs and drawings closely
- Coordinate with Process & Product Engineering teams
🔹 BOM & NPI Activities
- Create part numbers for BOM in Agile & Baan systems
- Create and maintain AVL (Approved Vendor List)
- Work as Change Analyst during NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Release part lists to production after ECO implementation
🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Engineering and Materials teams
- Respond to business partners and customers regarding ECO queries
- Ensure process metrics targets are achieved
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔ B.E (EEE / ECE)
✔ M.Sc (Physics / Electronics & Communication Science)
✔ 0–2 Years Experience
✔ Preferably experience in EMS industry
💻 Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in:
- NPI (New Product Introduction)
- ECO (Engineering Change Order) Management
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
- Experience in any PLM software linked to ECO process
- Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written & oral communication (Mandatory)
